Terms of Service — Customers

These terms are between you and Daniel Ilievski, Ljubljana, Slovenia (“Stampomat”, “we”). They apply when you use the Stampomat customer wallet — collecting stamps, earning rewards, and managing your loyalty cards. By signing in with Google and using Stampomat, you agree to them.

If you run a business on Stampomat, the Terms of Service for Businesses apply to you instead.

1. What Stampomat is

Stampomat is a free digital loyalty stamp card. You scan a QR code at a participating shop, collect stamps, and earn the rewards that shop has promised. All your cards from all participating shops live in one wallet on your phone.

2. Your account

You sign in with your Google account; we receive your name and email from Google. One account per person — the anti-fraud rules below exist because stamps have real value at the counter. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure; anyone signed in as you can use your stamps and rewards.

You can stop using Stampomat at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and data by emailing info@stampomat.com (see our Privacy Policy for your data rights).

3. Stamps and rewards are the shop's promise

Each shop designs its own loyalty card: how many stamps a reward takes, what the reward is, how often you can collect a stamp, and whether rewards expire. When you earn a reward, the shop — not Stampomat — owes you that reward. We are the record-keeper.

This means:

4. Fair play

The whole system works on trust at the counter, so the following are not allowed:

Our anti-fraud systems may automatically slow you down or temporarily lock stamp collection (for example, when one device rapidly collects stamps on several accounts). Repeated or serious abuse can lead to losing the stamps or rewards involved, or your account being closed. If you think an automatic lock got it wrong, email us — a human will look at it.

5. Availability

Stampomat is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it running (and to keep the counter experience fast), but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Sometimes a shop's tablet, your phone's connection, or our servers will have a bad moment; the cashier can always sort out a missed stamp the next time.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using a free service, and our total liability to you is limited to €100.

This does not limit anything that cannot legally be limited. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, or affects the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live (for example, under Slovenian and EU consumer law). If any part of this section is unenforceable where you live, the rest still applies.

7. Ending things

You can stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate §4, with notice and a reason except where the abuse is ongoing. If we ever discontinue Stampomat entirely, we will give reasonable notice so you can redeem outstanding rewards.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. For meaningful changes we will tell you on the site or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Stampomat after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, and disputes belong to the courts of Ljubljana — except that as a consumer you always keep the right to bring proceedings in, and rely on the mandatory consumer protections of, the country where you live.
